Rocks Thrown at School Bus on Kent Avenue
Around 12:30 AM early Monday morning, a group of young men threw rocks at a bus on Kent Avenue between Division Avenue and Clymer Street before fleeing the scene.
A witness told W-365 News, “It was a couple of guys who targeted the bus and then ran off.” While the motive is still unclear, some community members fear it may have been hate-related.
Williamsburg Shomrim responded to the scene, and the incident is currently being reported to the NYPD. No injuries were reported, though the bus sustained damage.
As of now, no surveillance footage has been found in the immediate area, making it difficult to identify the suspects.
