End of an Era: Construction Starts at Ateres Avraham Hall
By Idy Perl
It’s the end of an era for one Williamsburg wedding hall.
Rush Rubbish was seen removing the iconic signage in front of the legendary Ateres Avraham Hall, which recently closed down for good, and construction officially started in the former wedding hall.
This marks the end of a chapter in Williamsburg, as thousands of weddings and events took place in this venue throughout the years.
Plans for a new wedding hall are in the works for the now vacant building. The new hall will be catered for takanis weddings only, to help Williamsburg families make beautiful, affordable weddings.
