Breaking news was announced yesterday by the Satmar kehilla in Williamsburg in regard to the annual Chuf Aleph Kislev event.

This year will be the 80th anniversary of Chuf Aleph Kislev, the day that the Satmar Rebbe zt”l was rescued during the Holocaust.

This year’s event will be bigger than ever, and for the first time the massive Barclay Center has been rented out and will serve as the venue where thousands of Satmar chassidim from around the world will come together to celebrate this historic milestone.

The well-known YF Productions, together with community askanim, are already working out the details for the massive event.
