Upcoming Closures On Williamsburg Bridge

Construction on the Williamsburg Bridge will cause lane closures starting Sunday, June 30th, through Sunday, July 7th. At least one lane in both directions will be open at all times to allow for the flow of traffic.

The walkway and bikeway will continue to be narrowed at the work zones, and pedestrians and bicyclists are urged to use caution.

From Monday to Wednesday, June 30 to July 2, one lane will also be closed on both the Manhattan and Brooklyn-bound roadways between 10am and 3pm.

On Thursday, July 3, a lane closure will be in place on the Manhattan-bound side from 10pm to 12 noon, and on the Brooklyn-bound side from 10am to 12 noon.
