For the first time, Williamsburg residents will have a unique opportunity to speak directly with Mayor Eric Adams during a special Community Conversation on Public Safety taking place this Thursday evening, May 22nd.
The event will be held at Beis Chana School, 712 Bedford Avenue, with doors opening at 6:00 PM and the conversation beginning promptly at 6:30 PM.
This highly anticipated gathering, organized by the Mayor’s Community Affairs Unit,aims to foster open dialogue between City Hall and local communities, with officials from multiple city agencies expected to be in attendance. Residents will be able to raise their voices on key issues, including the rat issue, the controversial bike lane that continues to generate frustration among locals, and any other concerns.
