Park Avenue Sanitation Department Opens Sidewalk

After years, the Sanitation Department has finally opened a new sidewalk for pedestrians in front of their new headquarters building on Park Avenue, between Nostrand and Sanford. Until today, the walkway had been on the street, leaving an entire block without parking and causing traffic to build up.

Now, with the sidewalk back where it belongs, locals can walk safer and easier down the street, while drivers will appreciate the restored parking spaces.
