The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying two men wanted in connection with a robbery that took place on Thursday, December 18, around 1:40 p.m.

The two suspects approached a 40-year-old man and made it appear as though they had a gun. They then took packages from the victim’s vehicle and fled the scene in a black SUV, driving along Flushing Avenue toward Broadway.

No one was hurt during the incident, and the value of the stolen packages has not yet been determined.

The first suspect was last seen wearing all black, including a jacket, pants, beanie, and mask, and is believed to have pretended to hold a weapon. The second suspect was last seen wearing a dark jacket, a black hat, a red sweatshirt, and glasses.

The NYPD has released images of the suspects and is asking anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS. All tips are confidential.
