Expect Ongoing Purim Celebration - and Traffic - on Motzai Shabbos
By Y.M. Lowy
The streets in Williamsburg are usually hopping on Purim day way into the evening, picture bachurim cruising around in party buses, minivans filled with colorful mishloach manos bags, and people spilling onto the roads.
This year, Purim falls just before Shabbos, so the celebration will spill right into Motzai Shabbos. Get ready for the festivities to keep going strong, with the streets still lively and packed as everyone enjoys the post-Purim fun.
Just a heads-up: expect some extra traffic as the fun continues. It’s all part of the Purim atmosphere in Williamsburg, so plan accordingly!
