Classon Ave Sunoco Appears Closed Despite No Official Announcement

By Williamsburg 365 Staff

The Sunoco gas station at 75 Classon Ave in Brooklyn appears to have quietly shut down, leaving the community puzzled as no official announcement has been made by the company.

Photos show zero activity at the site: the pumps are off, the building is dark, and the property looks completely inactive. Adding to the evidence, the Sunoco signage has been covered, strongly suggesting the location is no longer operating under the brand.

Despite these clear signs of closure, Sunoco’s official website still lists the station as open, creating further confusion.

Repeated calls to the station have gone unanswered for days, and no notices have been posted on-site explaining whether the shutdown is temporary, due to renovations, or permanent.
