By Williamsburg 365 Staff

The excitement and energy are palpable around Williamsburg as the city gets ready to possibly welcome former President Trump later this week.

Williamsburg365 interviewed several Williamsburg residents on the streets today to hear the reactions and thoughts of the local community, and stopped into Gottlieb’s Restaurant to hear from the owner about the security checks that have taken place and what is expected to happen in the store on Thursday.

As Trump's team and security agencies are seen around the area preparing for the visit, the Jewish community is looking forward to welcoming the former president with appreciation for all he has done for Jewish people in New York and around the world.
