Williamsburg Bridge Lane Closures Scheduled For Tuesday

NYCDOT will continue maintenance and rehabilitation work on the Williamsburg Bridge on Tuesday, with rolling single-lane closures scheduled on the bridge’s inner and outer roadways.

The closures will affect both the Manhattan-bound and Brooklyn-bound sides of the bridge, though only one lane will be closed at a time.

According to the notice, the lane closures are scheduled for Tuesday, June 23, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and again overnight from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

The work is part of the continued rehabilitation and maintenance project on the Williamsburg Bridge, which has brought periodic lane closures in recent months.

Drivers using the bridge should allow extra travel time and expect possible delays while crews work on the bridge.
