Williamsburg Asks For Road Work To Be Paused During Holiday Season
By Idy Perl
Williamsburg residents are gearing up for a busy Purim and Pesach season, but the city is not making it very easy to do so.
Various construction projects are currently underway around Williamsburg, causing traffic to pile up all around town. Drivers are often met with closed streets as well, which exacerbates the issue even further. Both pedestrians and drivers are left frustrated as the city becomes less accessible every day.
Local constituents are asking city officials to pause all road work until after Pesach in order to ease the traffic during this busy time.
