Weekend Weather: Cold Tightens Its Grip
By Y.M. Lowy
Williamsburg is heading into a sharply colder weekend with falling temperatures and some light snow. Today will reach a high of 31 degrees as skies turn cloudy, with a light sprinkling of snow expected overnight.
Shabbos will top out near 21 degrees and is set to be one of the coldest days of the winter so far, with lows dropping to around 4 degrees. A bit of leftover snow is possible to fall in the morning from the night before, but most of the day stays cloudy and freezing.
Sunday drops even further, with a high near 17 degrees. Expect mostly sunny skies, but brisk conditions and very cold air will keep the day feeling harsh despite the sunshine.
