“A storm will hit NYC from tonight into tomorrow.” Mayor Adams warns on X. “Check storm drains for debris and clean them out or report it to 311. We also expect high winds tomorrow.”

The NYC Emergency Management tweeted: "Inclement weather is on the way. We expect high winds. There is a possibility of localized flash flooding and coastal flooding."
