Vandal Smashes Bus Stop Shelter on Bedford Avenue; Sidewalk Littered with Glass

By Williamsburg 365 Staff

Last night, a perpetrator hurled a large stone at the bus stop shelter located at the corner of Bedford Avenue and Taylor Street, shattering the glass panels and sending shards across the sidewalk.

As of this morning, the sidewalk along Bedford Avenue between Wilson Street and Taylor Street remains covered in sharp glass.

Residents and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution while walking through the area to avoid injury. Cleanup crews have not yet arrived on scene.
