Upcoming Lane Closures On Williamsburg Bridge

In the coming weeks the NYCDOT will be doing work to rehabilitate the Williamsburg Bridge.
Various lane closures will be in effect between February 24 to March 3rd, but at least one lane in each direction will be open at all times. The lane closures will be as follows:
Manhattan-bound Inner or Outer Roadway – One lane will be closed from Monday, 2/24, to Friday 2/28, from 10am to 3pm, as well as on Wednesday, 2/26 from 10pm to 5am.
Brooklyn-bound Outer Roadway – One lane will be closed 24/7 starting Monday, 2/24, at 5am, until Monday, 3/3, at 5am.
Brooklyn-bound Inner Roadway – One lane will be closed Monday, 2/24 to Friday, 2/28 from 10am to 3pm, as well as Wednesday, 2/26, from 10pm to 5am.
The walkway & bikeway on the bridge will be narrowed at the work zones, as is required for a maximum of fifty feet. Pedestrians and bicyclists are advised to use caution.
