Tomorrow’s Street Closures For Trump’s Visit

By Idy Perl

Several streets in Williamsburg will be closed tomorrow from 11am to 6pm due to former president Trump’s planned visit.

Roebling St will be closed from corner Broadway Ave until Lee Ave. In addition, Division Ave from Havemeyer St until Lee Avenue will be closed as well.

Trump will be arriving from the Williamsburg Bridge, but the bridge will stay open. He will leave the area through the BQE.

No Parking signs are currently being hung in the area, with two-away timings from 5am-5pm.

The entire area will be in a gridlock zone as law enforcement tightens security. Local businesses have been notified, and police have issued warnings to surrounding stores to prepare for the event.
