Security Checks Around Williamsburg As Officials Prepare For Trump Visit

By Idy Perl

Williamsburg365 broke the news yesterday about the upcoming Trump visit, which has been the talk of the town ever since Secret Service agents were spotted conducting security checks in the area.

This morning Williamsburg residents woke up to more officers and officials from the Secret Service, NYPD, Counter-Terrorism Unit, and the 90th Precinct doing a full security run through of Williamsburg. They were also seen stopping into Gottleib’s Restaurant, as Trump might make a stop there as well to try some local cuisine.

As of now Trump’s visit to Williamsburg is tentatively scheduled for around 4-5PM on Thursday, during his visit to New York.
