Perp Arrested For Waving BB Gun At Children

Children on the park at Taylor Street and Lee Avenue were frightened yesterday when a young teenager took out a BB gun and started waving it around.

The perp managed to get away but was back this afternoon and the same scene unfolded as he pointed the BB gun at nearby children.

Shomrim was quickly notified, and they apprehended the teenager. The NYPD then arrested the suspect before he could flee, finding the BB gun in his backpack.
