NY Ferry Evacuated After Catching On Fire

Yesterday afternoon a NY Waterways ferry in the Hudson River between NYC and Jersey City had to be evacuated after it caught fire while in the water. 

First responders rescued 37 passengers and transferred them to another boat. Firefighters were able to quickly put out the fire and brought the ferry back to shore. 

An investigation is ongoing regarding the cause of the fire.
