BDE: Mrs. Kaila Leah Rachel Oberlander, a"h

We regret to inform you of the passing of Mrs. Leah Rachel Oberlander, a"h, a lifelong Williamsburg resident, and the matriarch of a beautiful Torah family. She was 70 years of age. 

The nifteres was the daughter of Reb Yisrael Eliezer Weiner, z"l, and she was married to, ybl"ch, Reb Shulem Oberlander, a well-known askan who assists countless people with medical referrals. Together, they established a beautiful Torah family within the Pupa kehillah in Williamsburg. 

Mrs. Oberlander left this world following an illness, leaving behind a legacy of chessed, refinement, ehrlichkeit, and middos tovos. 

The levaya will take place this evening at 8:00 at the Pupa Beis Medrash, 110 Penn Street.
