Mayor Adams Appoints Robert S. Tucker as New FDNY Commissioner

Robert S. Tucker, a veteran in public safety and security, has been sworn in as the 35th commissioner of the FDNY.
Tucker, who began his career at the FDNY in 1985, will now oversee the agency’s 17,000 employees and $2 billion budget.
He brings decades of experience from his roles at the Queens DA’s office and as CEO of T&M Protection Resources.
