By Williamsburg 365 Staff
Last night, firefighters responded to a warehouse fire on Morgan Avenue and Meserole Street, right outside the Yiddish neighborhood in Williamsburg.
The fire broke out shortly before 10 p.m., prompting a swift response from fire crews.
Due to the presence of lithium-ion batteries at the site, fire officials requested the assistance of a hazmat crew to ensure safety during the operation.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
