Lincoln Restler Honored at Appreciation Event for Securing Childcare Funding

Community and yeshiva leaders from Williamsburg, Boro Park, and Crown Heights came together to thank Councilman Lincoln Restler for his strong efforts to protect childcare funding.
The event, hosted by the United Jewish Organizations of Williamsburg, honored his work in ensuring city and state budgets continue to support the Child Care Assistance Program, which benefits 63,000 children. He was presented with a plaque as a token of the community’s gratitude.
During the event, Restler also addressed concerns about the Bedford Avenue bike lane, which has been extensively covered on Williamsburg365. He acknowledged the challenges and committed to working with locals to find a solution.
