Lane Closures on Williamsburg Bridge

Expect higher traffic on the Williamsburg Bridge next week due to ongoing DOT work. Although multiple lane closures are scheduled, at least one lane in each direction will remain open.

Closure Schedule:

Manhattan-bound:

• May 5–7 (Monday–Wednesday): One lane closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. 

• May 5–8 (Monday–Thursday): One lane closed from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Brooklyn-bound:

• May 5–12 (Monday–Monday): One lane closed 24/7 from 5 a.m. on May 5 to 5 a.m. on May 12

• May 5–8 (Monday–Thursday): One lane closed from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• May 9 (Friday): One lane closed from 10 a.m. to 12 noon
