False Alarm Bomb Threat Prompts Evacuation at Local High School

By Y.M. Lowy

A bomb threat at a high school on Graham Avenue led to a full evacuation this morning. Police ordered the entire block cleared, vehicles removed from the school parking lot, and students moved to the nearest street corner while they secured the area.

State Police and local officers searched the building and confirmed there was no danger. The threat turned out to be a false alarm, and students were allowed back once the scene was declared safe.
