Decentralized Shabbos Nachamu: Skulen Williamsburg Rebbe to Lead Celebration in Bloominburg
By Williamsburg 365 Staff
For the first time, the Skulen Rebbe of Williamsburg will lead the Shabbos Nachamu celebration with his own kehila.
Traditionally, this event, which commemorates the release of the Skulen Rebbe zy”u and the current Skulen Rebbe shlita from Romania, is held on Motze Shabbos Nachamu in a large ballroom to accommodate thousands of participants. All the Skulen Rebbes typically attend, led by the Skulen Rebbe who is currently in need of a Refuah Shleimah.
However, due to the critical health situation of the Skulen Rebbe, this year's main event will be decentralized. Each Skulen Rebbe will lead the celebration in their own locations, rather than gathering together as in previous years.
The Skulen Williamsburg Rebbe will lead the Shabbos and Motze Shabbos Nachamu celebration in Kiryas Yetev Lev, Bloominburg. The event is expected to draw hundreds of participants, who will join in the joyous occasion with heartfelt simcha and celebration.
