Construction has begun on a new building for Beis Rochel D’Satmar in Williamsburg, to be named Binyan Rispler. This will be the third of the Rispler Buildings, housing the school for thousands of Satmar girls. It is located at the corner of Sanford Street and Park Avenue, next to the two other buildings.

The project is funded by the Rispler family, in memory of R’ Meir Zelig Rispler z”l, a major supporter of Satmar mosdos. He donated $5 million for the first building and later bought out the mortgage. Since his passing, the Rispler family has completed the second building and also built the Ginas Esther wedding halls, which offer more affordable options.

This new six-story structure will total 60,000 square feet. The first two floors will include an auditorium, a lunchroom, and classrooms. The upper floors will hold additional classrooms and a rooftop play area. Another hall is also planned for the building.
