Body Found in East River

The NYPD is reported that a body was found floating in the river near the Manhattan Bridge, not too far from Williamsburg. 

The body is on board a NYPD boat and is being transported to Pier 16, which is right across the Brooklyn Bridge Park.

An investigation has been opened to determine the identity of the body and the circumstances surrounding the incident.
