BINGO Closes on Massive Williamsburg Property, Paving Way for Large Supermarket

By GY

The long-rumored arrival of BINGO Supermarket in Williamsburg has taken a major step forward, as they have officially closed on the purchase of the large property slated to become its first neighborhood location, Williamsburg365 has learned.

The acquisition comes months after Williamsburg365 first reported that BINGO had secured the nearly full-block site stretching between Warsoff Place and Nostrand Avenue, from Park Avenue to Flushing Avenue. Multiple sources have now confirmed that the real estate transaction has been completed, marking a significant milestone in the project.

The future supermarket is expected to become BINGO's first Williamsburg location, joining the chain's existing stores in Boro Park, Monsey, and Lakewood. While construction timelines and opening dates have not yet been announced, the completed purchase signals that the highly anticipated project is moving ahead.

Williamsburg365 will continue to follow the project and provide updates as additional details become available.
