BDE: Mrs. Miriam Liba Laufer u"h

We regret to inform you of the passing of Mrs. Miriam Liba Laufer u"h at age 91.

Mrs. Laufer was born and raised in Budapest, where she endured the horrors of the war, surviving through countless miracles. Despite the unimaginable challenges, she went on to rebuild her life after the war, establishing a new home and family.

She was the beloved daughter of Harav Yakov Shrage Yungreiz, the esteemed Filek Ruv, and later married Harav Chaim Moshe Laufer of Satmar, with whom she shared a life as a true Eishes Chayil raising a pure Chasidishe family with warmth and Yiras Shumayim.

In recent months, the Nifteres had been unwell, and she sadly passed away this morning.

The Levaya will take place at the Satmar Shul on Rodney Street at 3:30 p.m.
