ALERT: Williamsburg Eiruv Temporarily Invalid

By Williamsburg 365 Staff

Residents are advised that the Williamsburg Eiruv is not kosher this week due to a construction project that has torn sections of the Eiruv.

The Eiruv in the affected area remains invalid until repairs are completed and the hotline confirms its restoration.

In the meantime, those who customarily rely on the Eiruv should take extra precautions to avoid Chilul Shabbos. Guidance, like checking pockets before Shabbos, removing hand watches, etc., have been released at this unexpected time.

This advisory remains in effect until further notice from the Eiruv Hotline at 917-233-4748.
