Special Welcome Meet and Greet Held at NYPD 79th Precinct for Deputy Inspector Arsenio Camilo Jr.
This afternoon, community leaders, askanim, and representatives from local organizations gathered at the NYPD 79th Precinct for a special welcoming event honoring Deputy Inspector Arsenio Camilo Jr.
The meet-and-greet was focused on strengthening relationships and cooperation between the precinct and the community, reinforcing the shared goal of keeping one of Brooklyn’s busiest neighborhoods safe and unified.
The event was hosted by the NYPD 79th Precinct and its Community Affairs team, in partnership with Rabbi Abe Lichtenstein, NYPD Clergy Liaison at the 79th Precinct, who emphasized the importance of ongoing communication and strong collaboration between law enforcement and the community.
Chief Richie Taylor was also in attendance and delivered remarks, highlighting the importance of keeping open lines of communication and working together to enhance neighborhood safety.
Attendees had the opportunity to hear directly from Deputy Inspector Camilo Jr., share concerns and ideas, and build stronger connections aimed at improving neighborhood safety, trust, and coordination going forward.
