The Satmar Rebbe Shlita is undergoing a heart procedure today at North Shore University Hospital.

Doctors recently recommended performing a stent procedure after examinations showed a blockage in one of the arteries. The procedure is intended to improve the Rebbe’s health and prevent possible complications in the future.

Earlier today, the Rebbe davened Shacharis k’vasikin at his residence before traveling to the hospital, where the procedure is currently being carried out.

The Satmar kehila is davening for the refuah sheleimah of Harav Yekusiel Yehuda ben Pesel Leah.
