Reminder for Williamsburg Store Owners: Permits Required for Street Containers

Sanitation inspectors are monitoring Williamsburg streets to ensure that trash containers in front of stores have the proper permits. Containers without a permit may be forcibly removed, and store owners could receive a summons.

If you don’t already have a permit, you can still apply. A valid permit keeps your container in place and helps maintain clean, orderly streets for the community.
