Pupa Plans Trip to Europe for Pupa Rebbe Yahrzeit

The Pupa Rebbe will embark on a journey to Europe, to visit Kivrei Avos, on the Yahrzeit of the Pupa Rebbe z”l. The Yahrzeit falls out on Motzei Shabbos, Parshas Teruma.

The Rebbe will depart on Wednesday afternoon, Parshas Teruma, and on Thursday morning, he will arrive in the city of Vienna, Austria. From there, the journey will continue to Pressburg, to the Kever of the holy Chasam Sofer z”l, and the cities of Nikolsburg and Haleshoy.

Shabbos Shekalim and Rosh Chodesh Adar will be celebrated grandly with many Chassidim who will gather in the city of Pupa, Hungary, at the Etz Chaim Shul.

On Motzei Shabbos, the Yahrzeit Seudah and Melave Malka will take place, followed by a visit to the Kever with a large crowd. 

On Sunday morning, after Shacharis and the Siyum Mishnayis in honor of the Yahrzeit, the journey will continue to several other holy sites, in the cities of Kalov, Beshitna, Chust, Satmar, Kerestir, Liska, Ohel, and Chetchevitz. On Tuesday afternoon, the Rebbe will return to New York.
