Mayor Adams Limits Public Schedule Due To Medical Concerns

NYC Deputy Mayor for Communications Fabien Levy announced that Mayor Adams will have a limited public schedule this week due to multiple doctors appointments and medical test. 

 In a series of tweets Levy explained that Mayor Adams has been feeling unwell the last few days and has scheduled several appointments this week to undergo routine medical tests. 

The mayor will continue to be in communication with his staff and will ensure that all city business continues as usual, but he will limit his public appearances. 

“New Yorkers can rest assured that their local government will continue to deliver for them every day as our committed workforce at City Hall, and more than 300,000 employees at dozens of city agencies, continue to show up on the most important issues,” Levy said.
