Lag Baomer Bonfires: NYPD Urges to Make Permits

With Lag Baomer approaching, preparations are already underway for the bonfires that will light up the night across almost every block in the neighborhood. As in previous years, the NYPD is reminding all kehillos and shuls planning to hold a bonfire to obtain the proper permits ahead of time.

Remember, the deadline to apply is May 5. No permits will be accepted after this date.
