L Train Service Suspended Between Manhattan and Williamsburg Due to Power Loss
By Y.M. Lowy
The MTA has announced a suspension of L train service between First Avenue in Manhattan and Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg due to a temporary loss of power in the Canarsie Tube.
As of 3:40 p.m. Tuesday, there is no estimated time for service restoration. Crews are currently working to resolve the issue.
In the meantime, the MTA is advising riders to use alternate routes, including the A, C, J, or 3 trains, to get around the affected area.
Passengers are encouraged to check the MTA website or app for real-time updates.
