In a special gesture, President Trump sent a letter to the Bobov-45 Rebbe to commemorate the opening of the new shul. The letter was received and hand delivered by Rabbi David Katz, a close associate of the president.
Although the letter arrived during Chol Hamoed, it has only now been publicly shared. In his message, President Trump expressed warm congratulations to the Rebbe and the community on this important milestone, recognizing their dedication and contributions. He also paid tribute to the Rebbe’s grandfather, the Bobover Rebbe, zt"l, who built up the Bobov community following the Holocaust into a thriving empire.
