G Train Service Changes This Summer

Service on the G line will be suspended between Court Square and Bedford–Nostrand Avenues on certain nights and weekends from July 14 to August 18. The closures are part of ongoing signal upgrades along the route.

Weeknight shutdowns will run from 9:45 p.m. to 5 a.m., and weekend closures will last from Friday night through early Monday. Free shuttle buses will serve all affected stations.

The work is part of a multi-year effort to modernize the G train’s nearly century-old signal systems.
