Enforcement Operation Conducted at Battery Tunnel, Brooklyn, and Williamsburg Bridges

Yesterday, multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Port Authority, NYPD, MTA Police, and State Police, collaborated on a large-scale enforcement operation targeting ghost plates and suspended licenses at the entrances to the Battery Tunnel, Brooklyn Bridge, and Williamsburg Bridge.

This ongoing operation, launched in March 2024, aims to address road safety violations.

Several arrests were made, and multiple vehicles were impounded due to improper or missing plates during the enforcement effort.
