BDE: Reb Shmiel Tauber, z"l, Longtime Hatzolah Member

We regret to inform you of the passing of Reb Shmiel Tauber, z"l, the proprietor of Tauber's Fashion, and a well-known ehrliche Yid in the Williamsburg community. 

The niftar, son of R' Yosef Tauber z"l, was a longtime Hatzolah member (W-37) since the early days, and he was still active in the organization until his last day, saving lives on a daily basis for over 40 years. He would take calls in Williamsburg, as well as in Kiryas Yoel, when he was there for the business. 

He would arise every morning in the wee hours of the morning to spend hours learning and davening before going out to work. He had a shiur in the Pupa beis medrash every morning together with his son. 

Sadly, he suffered a heart attack last night and passed away. 

The levaya will take place later today in Williamsburg.
