By Y.M. Lowy
There is finally a chance of snow tonight in the city, with forecasts predicting light snow mixed with rain from Wednesday to Thursday.
After last year's warmer-than-average winter, many people are eager to know when the first snowfall will occur this season.
Overall, current predictions indicate that the city is expected to receive approximately 20 inches of snow throughout the winter, which is below the typical average of 28 inches for New York City.
